BIND is a multidisciplinary company highly specialized in the construction of houses, rural hotels and the like, in the traditional and wooden construction area, which operates in the Comporta-Melides-Tróia axis, offering an integrated and proximity solution, in line with the best market practices
BIND was born from the union, and with the seal of quality, TECNIARTE and PORTILAME, supported by a dedicated team with +10 years of management in this type of project.
The goal of this union is to deliver to its customers the possibility of implementing their projects on an “All in” or “turnkey solution”, this is – having all the skills in house to implement and execute the project for their customers without outsourcing to third parties.
Having in its possession all the relevant information on the basis of the project (concept, design, available budget, among others) BIND undertakes to deal with all phases (architecture, licensing, execution project, construction) until the final delivery of the work to its client, within the aforementioned principles.
